LAZULI is not responsible for customs or duties incurred on international shipments.

SHIPPING RATES

LAZULI is happy to offer free USPS shipping on all orders. For ground or expedited services, LAZULI will use UPS shipping rates which will calculate upon checkout.

PROCESSING

Most orders will ship from our Boston-based showroom within 48 hours. Please note that LAZULI does not ship on weekends. If the item you ordered is not available to ship within 48 hours we will contact you with the estimated shipping time. You may choose to backorder or cancel your order at this time. If you have any order specifications, please note them in the “Comments” section at checkout.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers will be included in a confirmation e-mail that is sent when your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
